In 2025, we walked hand in hand with warmth all the way: 337 Zhongke employees joined the China Marrow Donor Program, lighting up hope for lives; we donated a total of over 6.7 million yuan to build Zhongke Hope Primary Schools, letting growth accompany kindness at every step; for four consecutive years, we joined hands with People’s Network to launch the health popular science program Experts Arrive, benefiting tens of millions of families. These small yet meaningful efforts embody our sincere original aspiration of “Guarding Lives, Passing on Hope”.
In 2025, we witnessed the weight of time. Zhongke Ganoderma Spore Oil marked its 25th anniversary of going on the market. From the birth of the world’s first ganoderma spore oil capsule in 1999 to the formation of a complete industrial chain today, 25 years of dedication and innovation have been driving the modernization of the ganoderma industry, contributing solid strength to the development of Healthy China.
In 2025, innovation was our most distinctive hallmark. Fifteen scientific research platforms continued to deepen their research; a total of 95 health food approvals were granted; we participated in formulating more than 100 standards; 234 patents were put into practical application; and Zhongke Jiangsu Pharmaceutical was recognized as a specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and innovative enterprise… With our scientific and technological strength, we have been steadily consolidating the foundation of our development.
In 2025, “forging ahead” was our most spirited posture. We purchased COSCO Tower in Hong Kong with an investment of 220 million yuan; fully upgraded our office spaces in Nanjing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and other cities; and our asset-heavy, deeply rooted physical layout has been continuously optimizing the service network, making health services more heartfelt and accessible.
In 2025, “growth” was the subtle yet pervasive undertone of our journey. More than 1,000 Zhongke people read 45 good books together. From every page and every line, we saw broader possibilities in life; through every thought and every action, we tempered our professional spirit. Each person is a beam of light, quietly shining in their own post, and all these lights ultimately converge into the shared footprints of Zhongke people: steady and warm, down-to-earth and forward-looking.
2026 is a new starting point, and more importantly, a continuation of our original aspiration. Under the guidance of the Healthy China strategy, we will continue to focus on our core health business, deepen innovation-driven development, optimize the service system, empower team growth, guard health with professionalism, and repay trust with sincerity.
